I am Deputy Secretary General at the German Council of Economic Experts (GCEE) and head the macroeconomics unit.
My research focuses on the effect of fiscal policy and the link between recessions and potential output revisions. In addition, I work on policy issues related to fiscal policy such as fiscal rules, the German debt brake, and fiscal space.
